MoneyWave is a directory of China–Africa sourcing agents, operated by The Walker Ledger LLC. It scores listings from public buyer comments. It does not vet anyone, does not endorse anyone, and is not a party to any deal you strike with a seller you found here. Using the site means accepting the terms below.
1. What MoneyWave is, and what it is not
The directory reports what it observed in public. That is the whole of the claim, and everything else here follows from it.
What it is:
- A listing of sourcing agents, importation coaches and suppliers who advertise publicly on social platforms.
- A trust signal from 1 to 5, computed from public posts and the comments buyers left under them.
- A published method, so you can judge the score rather than take it on faith.
What it is not:
- Not a verification service. We do not inspect factories, check business licences, confirm identities or audit anyone. A high trust signal means more corroborating public evidence — nothing more.
- Not an endorsement. A listing is not a recommendation, and its position in a list is not advice.
- Not an agent or broker. We do not introduce you, negotiate for you, hold your goods or hold your money.
- Not a party to your transaction. Any agreement you reach with a seller is between you and them.
No seller pays to be listed, and no seller can pay to rank. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the listing itself before it changes anywhere else.
2. The decision stays yours
You are about to send money to a stranger in another country. Nothing on this site removes that risk, and it is not written as though it does.
Before you commit money, verify the seller independently, ask for references, and start with a small order. Where a listing shows concerns raised by buyers, read them. Where a listing shows very little, that is information too — it means we found little, not that there is little to find.
3. Accounts
A free account needs an email address and nothing else. There is no password.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- Signing in sends a one-time code to your email, so anyone with access to that inbox can sign in as you. Keep it secure.
- One account per person. Do not share it or sell access to it.
- Give us an address you actually control — it is the only way we can reach you about billing or your account.
4. Directory Pro
Browsing and searching are free forever. Directory Pro costs $9 per month and adds the buyer review quotes, sentiment and the rating breakdown behind each listing.
- It renews monthly until you cancel, charged to the card you gave Stripe.
- Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Part-months are not refunded. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current one. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us — we would rather fix it than stand on this clause.
- Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it.
- Failed payments get a short grace period before access ends, so a card that expires does not lock you out the same day.
5. What you agree not to do
Most of this is what you would expect. Two items are specific to a directory and worth reading.
- Do not bulk-extract the directory. Reading it, searching it and citing it are all fine — see the reuse terms below. Systematically copying it to rebuild it elsewhere is not.
- Do not use listings to harass anyone. The people listed are real traders. Contact them about business, not about their score.
- Do not misrepresent who you are, or impersonate a listed seller.
- Do not attempt to reach content your account is not entitled to, or interfere with the site or its security.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to arrange anything unlawful.
6. Reviews you write
Reviews are capped at 150 characters, must not contain links, and are shown under a per-listing pseudonym rather than your name.
Write about your own experience, honestly. Do not post anything false, defamatory, or about someone else's dealings rather than your own. Do not accept payment to write, change or remove a review.
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to display it on the listing, and to keep displaying it if you later delete your account — in which case it stays anonymous. We may remove a review that breaks these rules, and we will tell you if we do.
7. Payments
The payment feature on this site is provided by Madhouse Wallet, not by MoneyWave.
MoneyWave is a customer of that product. When you use it, you are contracting with the payment provider under its own terms, and it — not MoneyWave — is responsible for the payment service, its regulatory obligations and the handling of your funds.
Whether you pay through this site or by any other route, the underlying deal is still between you and your supplier. We are not a party to it, we do not hold your money in escrow, and we cannot recover a payment made to a supplier who does not deliver.
8. If you are listed here
You can have your listing corrected or removed, without giving a reason and without paying anything.
Email support@madhousewallet.com from an address or account we can connect to the listing. You can ask us to fix a fact, take down a particular quote or image, or remove the listing altogether. Removal is permanent — the weekly refresh cannot reinstate it.
Images come from your own public posts and each links back to the original. If you would rather one was not shown, say which and it goes.
9. Our content, and reusing it
The listings, scores, writing and design are ours. A defined subset may be reused with attribution.
The public facts on a listing — display name, category, product type, buyer country, base country and the trust signal — may be reused with attribution to MoneyWave and a link to the specific listing. The full terms are on the methodology page. Buyer quotes, sentiment and member reviews are not covered by that permission.
10. What we do not warrant
The directory is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free of error.
Trust signals are computed from a sample of public activity at a moment in time. A seller can be scored well and still fail you; a seller can be scored poorly and serve you perfectly. Accounts change hands, handles are renamed, and a business can go bad between one weekly refresh and the next. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, or that any listed seller will perform.
11. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising out of a dealing between you and a seller you found here.
That includes money paid to a supplier, goods that never arrive, goods that arrive wrong, and business you lose as a result. Where we are liable for something, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for most readers, is nothing, because the directory is free.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you.
12. Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Where we suspend or close an account, we will say why and, unless the law prevents us, give you a chance to put it right first. If you had a paid subscription and we closed your account for something you did not do, we refund the unused part.
13. Changes
We update the date at the top when these terms change, and email account holders before a material change takes effect.
Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, close your account.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, and disputes belong to its courts.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.
15. Contact
